Hello There -
Its been a few days, since I actually sat down to create. My design team work is done months in advance. I've been hanging out downstairs watching it rain and binge reading Lee Child's Jack Reacher series. I am on the 9th in the series of 24. I thought I needed to do something else for a few days, since I really get engrossed in the stories and resent having to leave them to do things like make meals and clean the kitchen. Time for real life to intrude.
This card is for the colorful challenge at Double D. Here is the mood board:
I loved the pink, orange, purples and touch of red in that upper left panel, so I used those colors.
Some distress inking and copic coloring and I have quit the colorful just because kinda card.
I hope my card makes you smile and that you have a great weekend. Thanks for taking the time to come visit.
P.S. I sucked it up and went ahead and used the new blogger interface. It was easier than the last time I tried it. So I thank any and all who made a fuss and got improvements. I think I can deal with it. hugs.

So stinkin' cute with utterly fabulous coloring, Cat! I like how you displayed the Copics used. I may borrow your idea as it's rather a bother to photograph all the markers like I did in the past. This might be the most beautiful gnome stamp ever and you did such an amazing job with it! BTW, I get in those kind of zones, too, and sometimes that's why I get so behind on blog visits. Most of my stamping this week was done a week or two ago, also.
A beautifully colored gnome with is pretty pretty background, this card would make anyone's day to receive it! Thank you for joining our challenge at Double D!

what a cutie and wonderful coloring. have never read Lee Childs books but just finished reading two series by Ragnar Jonasson - set in Iceland - good stories even if pronunciation of names and places is difficult
Oh how cute is that Gnome planter! Your color blending is awesome, Cat and YES, this card is a smile maker :-)
PS: I'm STILL resisting the 'new blogger format',
I'm such a dinosaur~can't do change easily!!
Oh that Chubby Gnome is adorable! Loving all of your beautiful colors and inking! Thanks so much for playing along with us at the Double D, Colorful Challenge, Donna, DT Member.
Totally smile inducing, Cat! You gnome I cannot resist these guys!
I haven't 'sucked it up' beyond publishing comments - but it looks like I better get with the program soon!
=]
Love this card. It's adorable!
What a fun image! Your coloring & inking are awesome! Yes the new blogger format isn't too bad once you get used to it! Life is full of changes, guess we just need to take a deep breath and dive in! LOL
Thanks so much for joining in the fun at our Double D ‘Colorful’ challenge! Good Luck and we hope you’ll come back often.

Love your cute, colorful card! How fun and it brings a smile.
As for blogger, I have flipped back and forth (and complained in between)! I do like the new interface but I CANNOT get the comment e-mail notifications to work, thus I cannot respond to comments -- hate that!
The new blogger is still bothering me, but have to do the best we can at this point. I already struggled with the time to write a post & now it's worse. IG keeps calling to me for the speed, but really much prefer looking at blogs. Anyway--your card does make me smile & I love the colors! We'd gladly take some of your rain!
Yes, this definitely makes me smile, I love those colours, so vibrant. I am glad you are enjoying reading. I have read a few Jack Reacher books in the past, they are good page turners. I have been doing a sewing project recently and haven't looked at blogger for a few days - sometimes you just need a break, but then there is all the catching up to do! xx
What a colourful cutie, Cat ... and so fun ... who couldn't smile seeing this little guy! Sending you some gentle French sunshine to counteract the rain! Hugs, Anita :)
Wonderful fun colors - definitely a smile-inducing card.
What a wonderful image and I really like that inky background!
