Hello-

I am behind already...and I just got back to making cards.  A new stamp set seemed a good one for masculine birthday cards.  My Godson and Nephew both have July birthdays.  

 The stamp and dies are from Stampin Up. Bistro Burger. colored with copics.  I intended to make two similar cards.  This is the second one.  The first one some how landed on top of an opened ink pad.  It then was reworked to this version:

 Most every oops is an opportunity to unleash some creativity...right? LOL.   I am sending one of them over to AAA Birthday, the theme is summer birthday. And for me nothing says summer like a great grilled burger.

Hello-  a  bit of late night crafting.

Those blues got me, I had to play along with Just Add Ink.

The blues were so inviting in this photo.  I also saw the rug as having some lighter areas.  I picked out an SU Card Base that has stripes and some splotches of what could have been bleach to lighten the pattern. It reminded me of the rug in the photo.   I am still having fun with the corner sentiment and wanted just a cute bit in the center with the birthday wish.

It feels so good to be creating again. I made another card this afternoon.  This card was inspired by Color Throwdown colors and will be visiting The Flower Challenge as well.

 The sentiment is from The Ton, but I cut off the leading portion to leave just the perfect sized hello.
