The weather is just a touch cooler today. A brief respite before they hike back up over the weekend.
A simple and quick card today using SSS's Daisy Square and a Sugar Pea sentiment.
After die cutting the daisy twice and layering it together, I colored the center with a watercolor brush. The die cut was then mounted on a 4.25" square card. The sentiment was heat embossed in white on black card. The card base has a subtle texture so that the smooth diecut stands out a bit.

Cat this simply perfect … however, I went to see how Bobby's Daisy challenge was doing, and was sent to L.I.M. instead! I'd hate to see this winning card overlooked!

Simple and perfect, love that die. I have had very little card making time recently but have been trying to make a daisy card with that little time with no success so far. It just won't come, funny how that happens sometimes and yet I know it only needs to be simple like this perfect example of yours xx
