Calendar

Hi There!

I was going through my morning routine and looked up at my small wall calendar.  Its for 2018.  Hubs usually gets 3 calendars from the printing company he uses.  This year he elected to get 3 of the large calendars.

That leaves me without a calendar for my small wall space  about 7x5 inches.  So as a papercrafter I decided to just reuse the old calendar, and add my own artwork with some of my favorite stamps throughout the year.

May 2018 has the same days as January 2018.  There is my new January.  I grabbed a panel of copic friendly paper, drew cut lines for the space I was covering up and pulled out those adorable Polar Pals from MFT.  It may be the abundance of Coca Cola commercials lately but I love those bears.

I also got out Concord and 9th's All year long stamp set so the panels would be stamped with the month.  Once my panel was finished I glued it to the existing month page.  I may have to get creative as the year goes on with the monthly days...but I'll manage it.

What better than Ice Fishing in January?

Thanks for stopping by.

I used to make my calendar every year, but haven't for a long time. I'm looking forward to seeing what you do for each month, Cat. January is darling!

Fabulous idea for re-using last year's calendar, Cat ... that polar pal is certainly a cutie ... and is sure to have you smiling through January's chilly days! Hugs, Anita :)
