Greetings -
The challenge at Seize the Birthday is wet or dry embossing. Had I thought it out a bit more I could have done both, but I like the way this turned out.
The back panel is an SU embossing folder (tree rings), and the stamps are SU (in the meadow) as well.
Thanks for stopping by!

Your masculine card is fabulous!!! I really love the background embossed pattern. Thanks so much for playing with us at Seize the Birthday Cat!
Those tree rings are a fantastic choice for this perfect masculine card.
I think this is a marvelous card! Adorable deer stamp.
What a handsome way to say happy birthday! Wonderful card, Cat!
Perfectly masculine! You aced a card for one of the gents in your life, congrats
Fabulous masculine birthday card Cat!! xx
The embossed tree rings work perfectly with these sweet deer! A great masculine card, Cat!
Yes, I can see how you could have done both and given that lovely image some shine, but it is lovely just as it is. Love the string detail and that rich brown too xx
I've seldom met a deer stamp I didn't love, Cat! This one is extra sweet! LOve the brown embossed panel and inking!

Beautiful card which I bet is for a guy since I know you always need a few. I have a similar type stamp and don't think I've ever used an embossed panel for the background. Now I've got to do that!
Love that embossed tree ring background Cat, and the stamped image goes perfectly with it! Perfect masculine card to have on hand! Hugs. :0)
Love the deer scene atop the tree ring embossing, Cat - gorgeous!
It's perfect as is, Cat. One of the prettiest deer stamps I've seen. Some stamps look so good without color, and maybe even better. The tree rings and the string are ideal companions with the deer.
