I'm catching up on a few challenges tonight. Next up, I'm playing along at CAS Stencil Challenge. The challenge is to use a baby wipe over a stencil.
I first added some distress inks to a sheet of cardstock. I then laid a new stencil from Simon Says Stamp's new #Stamptember release (Tumbling Leaves) over the inked panel and laid a baby wipe on top and pressed down. After that I rubbed it a bit with my fingers over the baby wipe to make sure some ink was removed.
I cut a strip just a bit over an inch wide and mounted it on a card base and added a sentiment to finish the card off.
As always, I love learning the new techniques with the gals running the CAS challenges.
Thanks for visiting.
Simply beautiful panel sponged with Distress Inks and then using your baby wipe to lift color to reveal your stencil leaf images. So pleased you joined us at CAS Stencil, Cat. Hugs..Nancy
