Hi there!
Hubs had told me when I was dating that he wasn't a fan of left overs. Well, I am a huge fan of left overs - less cooking time for me. Hubs has since learned that I don't just reheat and reserve (unless its a soup, chili or stew -- we all know they taste better the second day as is.) I add fresh components - different sides, a sauce or chop it up into something else. It takes it away from that left over feeling. Cooking for two is sometimes challenging.
So, the left overs that are important to this post and bits from other cards. I had one flower left over from two sent to me by Arlene in a card chain challenge, and I had half a gingham panel left over from a card made yesterday. My copics were still lying about so this card came from the left overs. My fresh parts are a different die cut edge, clear on black embossing for the cardbase, along with the main sentiment embossed in white on black. I am definitely enjoying these darker cardbases.
Thanks for stopping by.

I like your way of thinking about leftovers, Cat! And love your card today - you know me and gingham, and the bright flower against the black is so striking! Beautiful result!
