Acetate & Glitter
Another piece of homework for Online Card Classes Clear and Sheer. For me this technique was worth the price of the class. I love this and several of my card recipients love sparkly cards.
It is hard to tell above, but that flower panel is sheer and glittery.

I've never seen anything like this, Cat! It reminds me of a vase that was my grandmother's - painted, then covered with microscopic glass beads ... gorgeous!!
