I do love a big huge flower stamp, and this Hydrangea from Taylored Expressions is big and bold.
I'm hoping my green leaves are neutrals or how about blue and yellow mixed? I should have left them uncolored, but I think the bold head needs them for balance. The yellow dots are nuvo drops and they also provide some texture to the centers. This goes to my SIL who is down with sciatica.
It is going to visit Cupcake Expressions (Colors Blue, Yellow, White) and Watercooler Wednesday - Anything Goes.
Thanks for stopping and have a fabulous weekend!

Just love your blue hydrangea, Cat - beautiful shading on it!! Blue and yellow make green - love that rationale!!
the gingham check is such a perfect accent for that lovely hydrangea - SIL should feel much better when she gets this!
Oh, I love the blue hydrangea. What beautiful coloring!
This is a beauty. Love all the hydrangea stamps out there! Your coloring is wonderful!
It's no wonder you love those big blooms... the more real estate to color, and you've done so beautifully, Cat!

I love Hydrangeas too and have 3 in pots in my garden (It is too dry for them to be in the ground), they have inspired me to make a couple of hydrangea cards that I haven't post yet. Your wonderful card has reminded me about them. I love colour and thew bright yellow centres. Great dot placement as well. Your SIL will love it, hope her sciatica improves soon xx
So pretty Cat! Love the big hydrangea and the strip of gingham!
Terrific coloring and the gingham strip is perfect!
Gorgeous card Cat! Thanks for sharing with us at Watercooler Wednesday.
You are correct, bold and beautiful!
Big, bold, and beautifully colored! My heart goes out to your SIL as I've been in her condition a few times. She'll love this. I say green is a neutral when it comes to flowers.
Beautiful hydrangea!!
Big and bold and absolutely beautiful Cat x.
So pretty, Cat! I'm sure your SIL will appreciate this card!
