With Sympathy

Hello!

My sympathy cards have run out again...I only keep two on hand at a time as I double the design.  I prefer a muted card for condolences and my current favorite color combo is gray and white.

This is an older Hero Arts set - With Sympathy. It has several sentiments and two flower stamps.

I was inspired to make this card by the theme of put a flower on it from A Blog Named Hero, the sketch from Case this Sketch.  It is a CAS card and I am also entering it to Addicted to Stamps and More- CAS.

Do you make sympathy cards as needed or do you keep them on hand?  If you keep them on hand how many are in your stash?

Thanks much for stopping by.

A beautifully designed sympathy card. Gray and white is a perfect color combo as is a CAS design. I would love to say I have some on hand, but I don’t. It’s so much easier that way so I think I’m going to add that to my to do list, when I get back into my cardmaking routine. Great idea to make them in two’s. Get well cards are another one I’d like to make to have on hand. Thanks for the idea, Cat.

this is so pretty, Cat - the gray and white is so classy - i usually have 2 or 3 sympathy cards on hand and also "thinking of you" which are good for sympathy.

Not sure I've ever used gray & white for a sympathy card, but I love it! You have the same requirements as me for these cards & this one really works! I tend to just make them as I need them--had a bunch last year, so hoping I can do the fun ones for awhile. Gotta get a 50th anniversary card made--super fun as I will use gold which I love!

This is such a beautiful sympathy card Cat! Love the soft grey tones. I just ended up sending a bunch of sympathy cards to a couple stores that are carrying my cards, so I need to make some up. I try to keep a few on hand all the time, just in case.
