I am sliding in at the last few hours to get a card in for Twofer # 8 use a geometric shape is about to close. This month went by so fast, I was shocked that it was time for the challenge to close tonight.
I have very few geometric shapes, I love flowers and most of my stamps are flowers. I do have Lots of Dots by Simon Says Stamp and I pulled it out. I selected a medium sized circle a rainbow of Hero Arts ink pads, my black sharpie and went to work. Once I sat down the designs came fairly quickly.
Thanks so much for stopping by.

Cute, cute cards!
These are terrific, Cat! Those circle dots worked brilliantly as balloons! (I cringe when I think of all the stamps I have that are balloon clusters when I could have just been a little bit more creative and made my own from my circle stamps!) You did a great job of drawing on the strings! I love the rainbow colors and border treatment on on each design and how you made that row of dots very percisely and perfectly on your Just a Note card!! Thank you so much for playing in Twofer Card Challenge #8! Hugs, Darnell
Oh my goodness, Cat--I say winner! What great cards--love them both!
So simple and yet so effective but generally very hard to get right. Well, I think you nailed it.
Thank you for visiting me and leaving a message x
Fantastic cards, Cat - if these don't make the winners circle (like that little pun???), I give up!!
So glad you managed to slide in with your fabulous cards before the challenge ended! Your rainbow circles are fun as balloons and as a border! I'll have to remember that one!

These are both deliciously colourful, vibrant and fun, Cat! Such clever use of that dot stamp for the bouquet of balloons ... and that cool, stylish border is fabulous! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Twofer ... especially at the last minute! Hugs, Anita :)
