I've always had a fondness for sunflowers, so I thought I would make a series of sunflower cards.
The flowers were cut using Simon Says Stamp Radient Sunflower die. Sentiment from Hero arts, I also used a brick stencil and embossing folder from Sizzix. Impossible to see here, the petals are coated in yellow WOS.
A bit of free hand water coloring.
And lastly, a simple panel die-cut from my sweet friend Barb, that was simply mounted on a yellow card base.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
what a wonderful array of sunflowers Cat - love them all! saw many gorgeous sunflower fields in MN when i was up there - love seeing how the heads turn to the sun or when there is no sun and they are sort of drooping.
Those fields of sunflowers are amazing! Haven't run across one in a long time, so I enjoyed seeing your pictures, Cat! And I'm so glad to see how they inspired you! I love them all, but was drawn to the one with the gingham going down the side.
