Here is my tag for the current
Tag You're It Challenge. Our inspiration for #51 is provided by Donna Mikasa. I love the colors she chose. I was feeling a bit lazy, so I improvised the watercolor background and used Hero Arts' Brushstroke stamp set with Pool Ink to provide the wash of color on the tag. The leaves are from a dear blogging friend
Betty.
My flowers are from Mama Elephant's Water Blooms set and are colored with Tombow markers direct to the stamp, then blended a bit on the paper. The sentiment is from SSS. A bit of Stampin Up washi and a couple of pico dots along with a seam binding bow and its done. It is definitely a case of Donna's fabulous tag.
Thanks for stopping by!

Great take on the challenge. And not lazy at all - just using the tools you've got! It's got a wonderful watery feel!
lovely tag Cat - and i don't even remember sending you those leaves (dementia must be setting in!!!)
There is not one bit of 'laziness' showing here, my friend... it is perfect, and perfectly beautiful! xx

Your tag is so pretty. The background is perfect, but I just really love the color and blending on the flowers! So summery!
Gorgeous take on Donna's tag, Cat! Very clever to use your Brushstroke stamp set for the background, and your flowers are so pretty! Love your black bow, too!
Beautiful use of Donna's inspiration--love this, Cat!
