Everyone needs some Joy

Hi, blog titles...sometimes it is difficult to decide what to do...right?  Well this post is for my entry to the Share Joy Challenge #42.  I loosely followed this week's sketch.

My supplies included Hero Arts Stamps and Sentiments from set CL335, a bit of colored pencil, glossy accents and pico embellisher in black.  This of course is going to my Dad with a can you find the differences puzzle inside.

Here is the challenge graphic:

Thank you so much for stopping by!

ETA: Thank you Karen for your sweet words, I will link this up to Word Art Wednesday.

And thanks to Betty for letting me know about  ABNH,

The Grind

Here is a card I am sharing in the Share Joy Challenge #22 a sketch + Inspiration challenge.

I've taken my inspiration a little from the sketch, and a little from the photo.  I am sending it to a friend and former co-worker of mine who is still working.  She is a coffee lover and enjoys puns, so I am hoping this will lighten her day a bit.

Stamp set from CTMH, Tag Die Pretty Pink Posh(though I made it smaller on the sides),
Circle-MFT, Papers by SU. Card Size 3.5 by 5 inches.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Top Row

I used the top row.

I am sending this card to one of my gal pals just because we all need a little pink now and again.

Thanks for stopping by!

Hello new challenge

I am participating in a new to me challenge -- Share Joy Challenge. Darnell introduced this challenge to me through a recent blog post. The unique part of this challenge is that the participants are encouraged to not only make a card, but also to give it or mail it out!

Challenge #5 is a color and/or sketch challenge:

I decided to go with both more or less!

For the coloring I used the Clean Color Real Brush tip markers on bristol paper.  My stamp set is the first Taylored Expressions set I ever bought. It is called Love Grows Here.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
