 This year for our anniversary hubs is getting 2 cards with sentiments that are doing double duty.  

Thanks to a bloggy friend for the sweet kitty and sentiments and the hearts too if I remember correctly. They were a surprise that landed in my mail box. When I saw this I thought it would a great image for hubs. 

--  A bit of back ground on the double duty.  Before hubs and I tied the knot 18 years ago we each wrote a letter to the other. We kept that as a tradition for our anniversary until 2024.  In 2024 we decided to write poems.   We settles on Haiku's. three line poems that have 5 syllables in the first and third lines and 7 in the second line. We enjoyed it so much we did it again last year.  This year its Haiku and a limerick. A limerick is 5 lines with the rhymes on lines 1,2,5 and a separate rhyme on lines 3 and 4.

So this card's sentiment is the last line of a limerick inside.  The Taco card I made a few weeks ago with the sentiment I love you more than tacos - Will have a Haiku inside.
