 Hello Friends,

Here is a card made for a dear bloggy friend's birthday today.  She's confirmed she has received it so I am posting it although it was made almost a month ago.

Thanks for stopping by, and Happy Birthday Hilary.

Beautiful, Cat! I love the graphic plaid layer being topped by the soft floral layer, this is really pretty, and congrats on making the reverse foiling sentiment -- not always an easy feat!

What a lovely combination. The two papers with the scallops nicely set off the floral element.

Ooh, so pretty, Cat! I love the checked background with the texture. It looks like a linen towel!

Hi Cat, how wonderful that you posted this on my birthday. That is so kind and the card is beautiful. I am sitting looking at it in real life now. The colours are amazing and I love how you have softened the background with the vellum. The gold sentiment and gems are the perfect finishing touches. I am sorry it has taken me so long to visit it here on your blog. Things are settling down for me now, so I hope to be around a little more in the coming weeks. Thank you for thinking of me xx
