 Hello-

Building up my stash of cards and trying to get through my new stuff.  Two items from Stampin Up:

Hugs and Healing and Painted Stripes. Found some scraps of patterned paper that worked as well.

I enjoyed my evening of just coloring and playing. No challenges just play...and it felt great.

Thanks for visiting.

 Hi

Another afternoon in my craft room.  Today's card is inspired by Inkspirational shades of blue.

Since I had the SU Thankful Garden stamp, stencil and die set out; I used it again; this time the second image. I do love a hydrangea. I started with Balmy Blue SU card stock. I stenciled the confetti with one of the stencils in the Celebration Steamers set. The white I used is from Hammermill. The bloom was stenciled with Altenew inks in Olive and Moss; Iceberg, Eastern Sky, Ultamarine. Black ink was both Versafine Tuxedo Black and Memento Black Onyx. The sentiment is from Waffle Flower - Birthday Wishes. The embossed panel is from SU's Lovely Stripes and cut with SSS's Chunky A2 Scalloped Rectangles. The rounded gems are from Pink Fresh.

Thanks much for stopping by.

 Hello

Its lovely and wintry here in Northwest Ohio.  I have to say I am enjoying it.  Then again I don't have to go out in it, I can just admire the pristine white views from under a cozy throw or my crafty desk.

This card will be visiting Can You Handle the Pressure.  The optional theme is a friendship card...this birthday card is going to a friend...I might be pushing it. It does fit the anything goes category though.

The embossing folder is SU's Timeworn Type.  Bloom, stencils and dies for the main image are from SU's Thoughtful Garden. Paper is Hammermill white, SSS Lemon Chiffon. SSS's Chunky A2 Scalloped Rectangles added some curves. The sentiment with matching die is from Waffle Flower - Birthday Wishes.  I used Altenew inks in Bamboo, Olive, Fresh Lemon, Citrus Burst and Honey Drizzle. I also use some yellow crystals...not sure who they are from.

Many of the items used came from my overflowing bins of new stuff so I am especially loving the card and new toys. I'lll be posting at Darnell's NBUS #82 as well.

Thanks for visiting and have a great day.

 Hello

Wow another year has flown by.  Here's to hoping this year is less hectic than the last few.

I colored this #Honeybee freebie in the wee hours. I need to get on the stick and stock up on thank you and birthday cards. My stash is so low as I haven't made many cards the last two years.
