Hello-

I decided to play with two challenges today.

First up is Less is More - Black and White.  This is truely a CAS card, quick to make. I used some Stampin Up Patterned paper, an MFT Die Cut Leaf branch and an MFT sentiment.

Next up, another card for the Christmas stash, inspired by Let's Squash it.  2/3'rds of the card should be dry embossed.

I used a Stampin Up snowflake EF, and some Lawn Fawn snowflake dies cut from platinum mirror card. The sentiment from SSS was heat embossed with platinum ep.

Thanks so very much for stopping by.

Color me a fan of black and white even though I don't do it much unless there's a challenge. This is the perfect opportunity and you rose to the challenge beautifully! Same goes for your Christmas card. There's another beauty, this time in silver and white. Love that delicate embossed background.

I turn my back for 5 minutes and then there are 3! So glad to see your creations again. I have had a busy few days and so am a bit behind with my visits. We enjoyed the fine weather today and had a trip to Cambridge, it was glorious. Going to turn cold and wet tomorrow. Love both these cards, the black and white one is just perfect, such a good choice of PP with that die. Your snowflake card is a masterclass in adding interest and texture and yet keeping it perfectly CAS. Just gorgeous xx
