The Flower Challenge 4

I can't believe I haven't played this challenge before with my love of flowers.  This week the theme is blue and yellow at The Flower Challenge.  I pulled out my freesia stamp from Altenew and a PTI die cut and went to work.

I used water color pencils for the coloring and Versafine for the ink portions. The sweet little bow was cut with an Avery Elle die.  I have been leaning more towards gems lately than sequins...I wonder why that is?

Thanks so much for stopping by!

I still love my gems (& have at least 1000!) & they're a beautiful accent on this wonderful card, Cat! Love the use of the tag die & your coloring is superb!

All that lovely crisp white is a wonderful backdrop for your beautifully coloured flowers. I've never coloured a flower with a yellow middle, so you've inspired me to give that a go this evening. Thank you for the inspiration and for sharing this gorgeous card with us at The Flower Challenge!!

Cat you've combined those two colors just beautifully with your colored pencils... I'm getting lazy about adding ANY embellishments! Your jewels are lovely...

Oooh, lovely!! Those two colors look gorgeous together and you've blended them beautifully!! I've been thinking a lot about those watercolor pencils lately. I'm trying to decide if I want to add them to my wish list. Do you use yours often?
