07-19-25

 Greetings

Its been a beautiful 3 days here in northwest Ohio.  Around 79-83, a breeze (which reminds me of California---few breezy days in Maryland.) and a blue sky with clouds floating by. This would be my perfect clime year round.

I have long wanted to inventory my stamps, dies, EF's and stencils.  Well that has begun.  I came across this cute set by Pretty Pink Posh and I knew my next card would have to feature it.  Then the Color Hues challenge popped up in my feed -- I had my colors.  The design was rounded out with the sketch from Freshly Made sketches.

I stamped colored and diecut the monsters in shades of green and yellow. I then cut the postage collage die from a white panel, cut it apart and chose 3 "stamps" I added yellow dots with a marker and then popped up my lil monsters on each panel.  I added then to the front of a green card base and added the sentiment under my grouping of stamps. A few sequins were added.

Another 2-3 hour card. I am so out of my element. I didn't think it would be this hard for me to get back into it or maybe its just the new space.

Thank you so much for visiting.  Your comments are appreciated.

Oh, Cat! You've brought me a memory with your darling Monsters card! We once crossed the width of Lake Michigan on a very large car ferry from Ludington MI to Milwaukee, WI. My kids were little: three kids under 8 were a lot to keep an eye on so I dressed them in matching t-shirts from my shop. They read "Little Monsters need Love, too!" and featured monsters JUST LIKE these on your card today!
SO happy you found such a fun arrangement using Jen's Sketch!

Awww, these are the cutest! I'm giggling to myself and smiling out loud! Isn't it fun to come across treasures like this when you're sorting your stamps? I love the sentiment and your arrangement with the sketch. Clever! Enjoy the time in your room, even if it does take longer to make a card. It will all work out eventually. ps: Your weather sounds lovely!
