I've finally gotten my sewing project done. I have no patience so sewing is probably not the best creative outlet for me.
Today I got back to my favorite...coloring. I recently won a gift certificate from Power Poppy, and I love her images. Being impatient (see opening sentence...) I opted for digital images that I could play with immediately.
These two rounded out the last Christmas cards I needed to make. The candy canes are going to Just Add Ink. The inspiration image is below, and those stripes on the table runner reminded me of candy canes.
I love this bow, I colored it and then took an embossing pen around the edges and heat embossed with gold.
This image is so whimsical and festive to me. I really enjoyed coloring it. See the stripes below and the greenery on the table, those inspired me to use this image for my challenge card.
