Treasures

A couple of blogs that had an extended time period shut down at the end of the year. I was looking for at least one more to give me some play time flexibility.  From Greta's blog I found Words 2 Craft by.  I kinda liked the idea of a written inspiration.  So here is my first entry of what I hope will be many. 

Grab Our Blinky!Our words for this month come from American author and humorist Mark Twain.

I can promise all my heart's devotion; 

A smile to chase away your tears of sorrow;

A love that's true and ever growing;

A hand to hold in yours through each tomorrow.

While many may only see romantic love here, I see the love of friendship.   I value and love my girlfriends. I love and adore my hubby, but sometimes a girl just needs girl time.


My friends are treasures.






Supplies include Distress ink -Tumbled Glass, Waves Stencil by SSS, Hero Arts Live Life stamp set, PPP bubbles, and Zig Clean Color Markers. Treasure Chest is hand drawn.

    This is so pretty and a fabulous interpretation of our February Words 2 Craft By quote! You are so right that there's nothing like a good girlfriend. And, I love how you used that wave stencil on the base and the card's panel.
