Don't Let Anyone Rain

I recently had a crafting weekend at a couple of meet ups.  This card is a result of winning a sampler set of stamps from A Muse.

    This is such a charming card, Cat! I love how you created the vertical panel for your images and the multicolored stripes are so fun! Love the sentiment, too!

    Sounds like fun & the card from your winnings is darling, Cat! I've always loved Amuse stamps--used to go to their classes before my LSS closed.

    WOW...WOW...the pretty blue just popped out at me!
    Cat, I love this darling card and the fun sentiment.
    However, I will be more than happy to get some of that "rain" here! :-)
