Celebrate Today

My BIL's birthday's is coming up, and I have the opportunity to get another man card under my belt.  I quite like how this one turned out.  The stamp sets both come from Stampin Up - By the Tide and Perfectly Penned. A few layers, some stamping, some fussy cutting, some burlap, twine, a sparkly brad--I couldn't help myself, it matched the theme! :-)
