Barb hosted this scramble, and she made a darling tic tac toe board for our theme. Just choose a straight line on the vertical, horizontal, or diagonal. I went with the center vertical- pink and green, patterned paper, die cut. ( My card also managed to include the elements in one of the diagonals- glitter or stickles, patterned paper, and heat embossing.)
