Color Throwdown 504

I couldn't pass up these colors at Color Throwdown #504.  Black White and Copper - I immediately saw the card in my head and it was easy to put together.  I was inspired by these colors and a card a friend made recently.

A die cut or two, some copper embossing, a bit of red gold watercolor and a black card base yielded these results:

Thanks much for stopping by.

  1. what a fantastic card, Cat. love these colors and wish i were home to join in the challenge.

  2. The copper embossing is very pretty with those Cala lilies! Lovely card!

  3. Simple, and simply divine, Cat! Is that a Wplus9 stamp? On my wishlist it goes!

  4. Another beautiful card, Cat! I love your choice of blooms and your CAS design is perfect!

  5. You were inspired, Cat--gorgeous work of art!

  6. Elegant, delicate and so beautiful, Cat ... gorgeous! Hugs, Anita :)

  7. This technique is amazing. Your card is beautiful with those pertty flowers set on the black panel peeking thru that stained-glass-look die.
