Tropical

I've been contemplating all week what to do for CASology's challenge "Tropical".  I contemplated too long, the collection closed at noon, and I am about 12 hours too late.  I love the card, so I am posting it anyway.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Supplies:
Distress Inks - Dried Marigold, Worn Lipstick, Picked Raspberry
Wink of Stella - Clear and Black
Glossy Accents
CK Nouveau Font

Too bad you missed the deadline...this is absolutely gorgeous, Cat! Beautiful coloring on your bloom (the colors are so 'tropical') and I love the font on your sentiment!

Strikingly beautiful card, Cat! If that flower is SSS you could enter the Flickr CAS challenge!

WOW, Cat, this is simply GORGEOUS! That pretty glossy flower is STRIKING against the black strip, and the white-embossed sentiment is the perfect finishing touch! I love it! It would have been a winner, for sure!
