The Shabby Tea Room #148

This is my first time playing in this challenge. It is titled Elegance, and the photo colors, as well as ribbon(bow) and a flower must be used in the creation. Here is the inspiration photo.
 
















I am in a blue and white phase right now, so this challenge worked well for my current color obsession.

This is wonderful, Cat! Love how the layered circles reflect the stacked gifts. The blues are beautiful and I really like the watercolor look. Very nicely done!!

I think you're rocking the monochromatic look lately! I love this card and the blue! You seem to combine colors so well, in the same hues or tones? Which is it? Haha!
