Boys Card

I struggle with cards for the male gender. I love bright colors, ribbons, frilly stuff and flowers. SO NOT Male stuff. I found this bicycle stamp, which clearly is a boys bike.  I have a some younger nephews, so this card will probably go to one of them for his birthday this year. I did manage to sneak in a bit of twine...but its not girly...its BLUE.

What do you do to make a male themed card? Or a pre-teen boys card?

Thanks for stopping by.

The papers make this a perfect masculine card! I struggle with them too and I refer to the them all the time on my blog as the dreaded man card when I do make them which is not often. Ha!

Love the twine!

I struggle with masculine cards too. I do buy masculine papers from time to time just to have some in my stash. This one is cute and I think baker's twine is perfectly ok for a boy's card!

I love the blues. And how you snuck in some twine on the boy's card! Nice!

Great image and patterned papers for a boy's card! I struggle with them also since I think every card "needs" ribbon or a bow! :)
